In this lab session, the class were splitted into 7 groups, and we were required to use the GoGo boards with various sensors and actuators. So our group was assigned to take the lever switch sensor as input, and water becomes the trigger of the rain sensor.

We planned to use a set of pulley blocks to pull water, however, it's not effective as expected. Then, we thought of tightening the bottle with the motor wheel.

Skteches:

In our prototype, we built our station on a flat board. We planned to put the set of motor and bottle in the purple section, the blue refers to the slope and the green one is the output sensor. The input triggar will probably be set under the yellow line, and we leave enough space for GoGo board under the slope.

In this part, we only use 2 board and 3 wood sticks, covering a vinyl to improve its waterproofness. Then, hot glue the connection of the wood with the board to make sure waterproof.

We set a height to build our motor set, so we cut two wood. We created a set of round trnon instead of nails.

As for our bottle, we directly dug a hole and insert our Tygon Tubing. We test the whole set with our GoGo board. Everything went good.

In class, we 7 groups made the rube goldberg successfully for the first time.
